Narayana Moorthy of Infosys’s Venture Fund

As Infosys celebrates its 25th anniversary, one of the seven founders of Infosys and the chairman Mr. Narayana Moorthy sells the Infosys company shares worth $37 million to start a venture fund for the young entrepreneurs. You no may be thinking “What is the intention of Mr. Moorthy for selling a major share to start a venture fund for the young entrepreneurs?”

Now the question is ‘how can we apply the advantage of the Infosys fund for business entrepreneurship?’, ‘how to get it done?’ how to avail the advantage of Mr. Moorhty’s decision?, etc. The primary investment of the Moorthy fund will be within India and only later overseas. Infosys Murthy has sold 8 lakhs shares on 21st. This is almost 0.13% of Infosys. Infosys Murthy says that it is a seed capital for proposed business enterprises to be set in India.

Narayana Murthy sells the share of Infosys for the entrepreneurs of business in India. The successful entrepreneur Mr. Murthi knows the need of capital for business. He knows that India is a growing business company. According to Murthy, his venture capital fund is to encourage and support the youngsters having great ideas and confidence to win a business.
